How to read your result
Chance is your per-roll probability after Magic Find and (if enabled) Pet Luck. If your number looks “too low,” that’s normal — Skyblock’s rare drops are designed to be punishing.
“1 in N” is the easiest sanity check. If it says 1 in 2,000 and you’ve done 400 runs, you’re not “unlucky” yet — you’re still inside expectation.
If you enter Attempts, the calculator shows the chance you’ve seen the drop at least once after that many rolls. This is the number that tells you whether it’s worth continuing the grind today.

How Pet Luck and Magic Find Affect Drops
Pet Luck influences two rolls: whether a pet drops at all and the rarity bracket it lands in. Every point nudges toward Epic or Legendary.
Think of Pet Luck as the stat that multiplies the quality of the drop. If you are chasing Golden Dragons or Enderman pets, you want this high before you start counting kills.
Magic Find works on the quantity side. It multiplies the base drop rate for eligible items. Anything above a 5% base rate is excluded so the game never guarantees a drop.

A: Plug 0.06% as the base and your Magic Find number. The calculator will show the "1 in N" odds. If your run count is below that, you are still on pace.

Q: "Does Magic Find stack with Slayer RNG meter?"

Why is Magic Find Important?
If you've watched a Skyblock YouTuber or two, especially the larger ones like Refraction, you already know Magic Find is a core stat for endgame players.
The boost matters for earlier game stages too. A small bump from 129 to 130 Magic Find can be the difference between dropping a Judgement Core or walking away with nothing.
What Drops are Affected by Magic Find?
Unfortunately, your Skyblock experience can be heavily influenced by luck. Most of the powerful weapons, accessories, and armor pieces hide behind uncomfortable drop chances.
Coins are the fallback, which usually means farming The Garden or mining the Crystal Hollows for hours. Optimising your drop odds keeps those boring grinds shorter.
So, what drops are affected by Magic Find? Any item with a drop chance higher than 5% ignores the stat completely. Otherwise players could guarantee the drop just by stacking Magic Find.
Most mobs that drop armor, weapons, or other rare items below that 5% mark are affected. Multiply the base chance by one plus your Magic Find percentage divided by 100—the math echoes Farming Fortune.
How are Pets affected by Magic Find?
Magic Find (MF) in Hypixel Skyblock increases the chance of getting pet drops from mobs and bosses. It also pairs with Pet Luck to influence rarity.
How are Pets affected by Pet Luck?
Pet Luck boosts the probability of higher-rarity pets when they drop. With higher Pet Luck, your odds shift toward Epic and Legendary.
Does Magic Find work on Pets?
Yes. Magic Find helps pets drop more often, while Pet Luck shapes the rarity outcome.
What if the Drop Chance is higher than 5%, but the RNG Meter makes it under 5%?
If a base chance is above 5% it usually ignores Magic Find. If the RNG meter effectively lowers it under 5%, Magic Find can apply.

Quick Start
Use Standard for most items. Choose Slayer for boss drops that use weights and RNG Meter.
Set Magic Find. Enable "Is it a pet?" if applicable to unlock Pet Luck. Both can be fractional.
Enter the base chance from the wiki (e.g. 0.06). Use the presets for common values.
In Slayer mode, fill RNG Meter current/required XP, select drop type and slayer. Use known drop weights.
Large % is your adjusted chance. "1 in N" helps compare rarity. Click "Copy Result" to share.
- MF typically doesn't apply if base chance > 5%.
- Use decimals: MF 123.45, PL 67.89 are valid.
