Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds and how you can cancel your subscription at any time.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you purchase a premium subscription and are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial charge, you may request a full refund;
- Accidental/Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same subscription, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge;
- Technical Issues: If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end, we will issue a full refund;
3. Refund Ineligibility
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Requesting a refund more than 7 days after purchase;
- Changing your mind after understanding the Service terms;
- Subscription features you didn't use;
- Issues caused by your device, browser, internet connection, or third-party applications;
- Violations of our Terms of Service;
- Refunds previously issued for the same charge;
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your account email address;
- The date of the charge;
- The reason for the refund request;
- Any relevant transaction IDs;

We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Varies by provider, typically 5-14 business days
This is completely out of our control.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We prefer to resolve billing issues directly with you. If you experience a problem with your payment or subscription, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can help resolve it quickly.
If a chargeback or dispute is filed through your payment provider without contacting us first, we will:
- Attempt to resolve the dispute with your payment provider;
- Charge you any fees imposed by our payment processor for the chargeback;
- Suspend your account during the dispute resolution period;
Most billing issues can be resolved within 24 hours when we communicate directly. We encourage you to reach out with any concerns before filing a dispute.
7. Exceptions for Fraud or Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that:
- The purchase was made fraudulently;
- The account was used to violate our Terms of Service;
- The request is part of a pattern of abuse or refund manipulation;
8. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
